Involver's Audience Management Platform offers a very simple and highly effective integration with Get Satisfaction, a customer community software platform for technical support. If you are a customer at our business level or above and are also running our Get Satisfaction application on Facebook, you can move wall posts for which a response is expected into Get Satisfaction with the click of a button.

If you have not already set up your Get Satisfaction account inside the Audience Management Platform, please see the section on setting up Get Satisfaction.

Below is more information about how to seamlessly transfer a post from your fan page wall to your Get Satisfaction community when it involves a question, an suggestion, a problem, or praise.

From the Monitoring section of the Audience Management Platform, find the "more" dropdown to the right of the comment you'd like to transfer and select "Send to GetSat" (as seen below).

When the pop-up appears, follow three simple steps to send to Get Satisfaction.

  • Subject: First type in a subject for the post. The subject you enter will be what the post is titled in the Get Satisfaction community, so make sure to describe it accurately. 
  • Style: Next, choose the style of the post. The options here reflect those in GetSat: question, problem, idea, or praise. 
  • Send to GetSat:  Once you have added a subject and chosen a style, select "Send to Get Sat" and the post will be copied into your community.

Once you refresh, you will notice that there is a private date and time-stamped note below the post, letting all members of your Audience Management Platform account know that the topic has been moved to GetSatisfaction, and that they can click the "Go to Topic" link to see it.

On the fan page wall where the original post was made, there will now be a public note letting the user know that their post has been moved to the Get Satisfaction community, where it can be fully addressed, followed by a direct link to the post.
